When our webshop is live, all visitors will be able to see the items we will promote, but before shopping with us, registration is also required. There is a slight delay in setting up the shop, so please bear with us. All proceeds will be used for the benefit of patients and will go towards research, our awareness efforts and re-establishing patients' roles in society. Membership is free. We only require a valid email address, your country of residence and if you belong to a commercial, medical or patient (advocate) organisation, your details on that. Editors, advocates, vendors and business club members: Editors and advocates will have extra menu options to submit content and access the forum. To become an editor or advocate we need to know a little more about you. We hope to find people who will actively participate in our efforts to improve circumstances for patients with invisible illnesses (in Europe or elsewhere). Your input may vary from brainstorming with us on our Team Forum, to helping out with a local event, from collecting your parliament's email addresses to working on our brochures, or from evaluating treating physicians to submitting news articles. If you are making awareness items, or items that can be useful to other patients, or if you have a secondhand piece of equipment to sell, then you can become a vendor with us. Maybe you have a juicer that is still good but you do not use it anymore, maybe you once bought a foot massager but now your feet are all better, maybe you have a glucose meter, but now you have no use for it anymore. This is your chance to pass it onto someone who could really use such a device for a fair price ! In the future we also hope to setup a Business Club, to coach patients who want to earn independent income within their limitations. Feel free to contact us about this. Registration process: For registration, please look at the "Login" area at the bottom left side of your screen. If you click on "Register" the registration menu will open. Behind fields you will find a blue "Information button" and if you move your cursor over it, you will find instructions for that specific field. We understand that for some patients with memory and concentration problems, the registration process is a bit long. If this is the case, click here to send us a quick email, then we can create a profile for you. If you would like a specific username please mention that in the email. You can later edit the profile and change your password yourself. Please read our Terms of Use in the registration process. When your registration is complete, you will receive an email from us, then you are able to login to the member area. If you wish to help Diagnose Support as an editor or advocate, or if you wish to apply for a vendor position or have an item to sell, please send us an email via the secure Contact us option at the top of any page on this website. We will then contact you via email, live chat or phone (depending on which information you give us and what you are most comfortable with) to discuss your participation.
